This course is a study of research-based strategies for partnership with professionals and families. This course will pursue an in-depth study of knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to provide services to individuals with disabilities within the context of their family, culture, community, and interdisciplinary teaming. Prerequisite: Admission into Special Education Bachelor of Science in Education (SPEDBS), Birth through Kindergarten Bachelor of Science Human Environmental Science (BRKDBS), or departmental consent.
