AS 25 — Basic Equine Handling
This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of horse handling, with an emphasis on safety. This course covers identification of equine behavioral patterns, handling skills such as catching, haltering, tying, lunging, round-pen training, and recognizing how human/horse interactions affect equine behavior.
