MATH-130 — College Algebra
0, or successful completion of ACRD-080; MATH 118 or MATH 120 with a 2.0 or higher, or placement into MATH-130. This course is intended for the student who has completed Intermediate Algebra or its equivalent. Topics covered in this course are sets and real numbers, exponents and radicals, quadratics, the binomial theorem, progressions, inequalities, complex numbers, theory of equations, matrices, determinants and series and sequences.
