Paramedicine (EMT)
Students may become an Emergency Medical Technician—Paramedic by completing the 13-month Emergency Medical Technician—Paramedicine certificate program. The EMT-P certificate is much like the EMT-P degree program in that it is a very fast-paced, intense certificate program. It prepares the student to provide initial patient assessment and management of care for the ill and injured from the pre-hospital setting to the emergency or hospital care environment.
