EMS 166 — Paramedic Clinical Practice I
Prerequisite: Admission to the AAS paramedic program, valid Illinois EMT license, valid healthcare provider CPR card Co-requisite: EMS 161 This clinical course introduces the student to the hospital clinical environment and provides the student with opportunities to apply learned theory, assessment and foundational ALS skills while under the direct supervision and guidance of clinical de- partment staff.
