Hospitality Management is the study of different aspects of management and leadership as they relate to the hospitality industry. Included in the hospitality industry are such sectors as hotels, restaurants, travel services, gaming and entertainment, recreation, managed services, meetings and events, senior housing, and club management. The Associate of Science in Hospitality Management for Employment Preparation will allow graduates of the program to compete for entry-level and sometimes mid-level management positions, such as Front Office Supervisor, Reservations Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Sales Coordinator, Senior Housing Sales, and Operations Supervisors/Managers.
