Phlebotomy

The Phlebotomy Certificate provides students with the basic skills necessary for the collection of laboratory blood specimens. The phlebotomyprogram incorporates theory, skills, clinical experience, and special procedures required to meet the venipuncture needs in the hospital, clinical, urgent care, doctor’s office, nursing home, and/or other health care setting.
