ASL 002 — is designed to introduce students to the second semester of ASL. Students will engage in conversation using ASL

at a level expected from intermediate signers. Students will expand conversational skills such as turn-taking, discussion of culturally appropriate topics and leave-taking. Students will also learn how to relate simple experiences and events using ASL. is course is recommended for students who encounter Deaf people in their working environment, or who plan on majoring in American Sign Language/ Deaf Studies. Students are expected to attend outside Deaf events at their own expense. Animal Science (ASCI)
