Survey of feeding, common management practices, and care of equines in a clinical setting. Review of common diseases of equines encountered in the practice of veterinary medicine. The student will demonstrate sanitation and disease prevention techniques; perform medication procedures; and implement nutritional, behavioral, and reproductive concepts in an equine clinical setting.
