Identify personal values and apply those values to known organizations. Formulate a strategy to become an effective leader within a known organization. Identify strategies for cultivating committed employees who deliver excellent customer service and grow businesses. Distinguish between customer support activities that maintain, build, or drive loyalty within a business structure.
