VET 105 - *Large Animal Medical Nursing VET 105 - *Large Animal Medical Nursing This course focuses on the management, husbandry and general health care of animals used in agriculture. This course will provide an introduction to nutrition, breeds, proper housing and relevant physiology will be covered. Special emphasis will be placed on handling procedures, common illnesses, physical examination, delivery of medications and other procedures typical of food animal veterinary practice. Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Spring This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
