MATH 100P - *Mathematics Practicum MATH 100P - *Mathematics Practicum A course designed to refine and reinforce the practitioner’s mathematical skills and understanding, expose the student to current issues in the teaching of mathematics as a profession, train specially selected math students as peer tutors, and provide Service Learning opportunities for cooperative learning in the VSCC mathematics laboratory, online, and in the local community. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
