JAPN V02 — Elementary Japanese II
This is the second course in the introductory sequence of Japanese language study. Students will expand vocabulary and mastery of grammatical concepts as they acquire greater listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Japanese. Web-based resources will be used to supplement classroom instruction. Students will use more complex grammatical structures and a wider range of idiomatic expressions. Further study of Japanese history, culture and current events will be included in order to develop comprehension and speaking skills.
