ACCT V16 — Accounting Information Systems
This course is an introduction to Accounting Information Systems (AIS). It examines the business process and system information flows in three major business processes (sales, expenditures, and manufacturing). Students will study Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal controls, and auditing. Students will also learn about emerging technologies along with steps followed to design and implement accounting systems.
