SEVI 30103 — Strategic Management
Integrative study of managerial decisions; introduces students to an understanding of strategic competitiveness and the way in which business strategy is formulated and implemented; uses a combination of theoretical and applied approaches to analyzing key business decisions, implementing these decisions, and monitoring their effects. Prerequisite: BLAW 20003 , ISYS 21003 , SCMT 21003 , MGMT 21003 , FINN 20403 , and MKTG 34303 each with a grade of C or better. (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer)
