SEED 42003 — English Language Arts/Speech & Drama Methods of Instruction
This course provides an introduction to teaching English language arts (ELA) and speech/drama in the context of elementary, middle and high school settings. The topics, issues, methods, and materials encompassing philosophical, cognitive, and psychological dimensions of teaching the content area provide the major tenets of instruction. Corequisite: SEED 32803 and SEED 32903 . Prerequisite: SEED 30803 , CIED 30303 , SEED 40603 and admission to EGEDBA or DREDBA program. (Typically offered: Fall)
