This course will cover applications of experimental methods for investigations in nutrition research and cookery. Pre- or Corequisite: MATH 21003 . Prerequisite: Major in either Human Nutrition and Dietetics (HNAD), or Food, Nutrition and Health (FNAH) and 60 hours completed. (Typically offered: Fall and Spring)
