Focuses on the adult population experiencing chronic problems in the health-illness continuum. Utilizing the nursing process, nursing and medical treatment of selected conditions will be emphasized across transitional care settings. Prerequisite: NURS 33332 , NURS 32932 , NURS 43133 , and admission to the Online Undergraduate BSN Professional Program or permission by the instructor or department head.
