ISYS 20303 — Foundations of Business Analytics

( ISYS 20303 ) introduces students to the process of transforming data into actionable insights to guide business decision-making. Students will learn the full analytics lifecycle, starting with data collection and preparation, through analysis and interpretation, to communicating insights and driving strategic actions. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking to explore business problems. By the end of the course, students will have a solid foundation for using data to make informed, data-driven decisions. Prerequisite: BUSI 10303 with a C or better. (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer)
