introduces students to the full life cycle of construction projects from feasibility through completion and commissioning. Students are given an overview of the diverse construction industry, general project management concepts, and the specific application of those principles to complete construction projects. Standard construction industry processes and procedures such as cash flow and payment scheduling, change orders, project acceleration, coordination and communication, record keeping are depicted. Prerequisite: Graduate Standing. (Typically offered: Spring)
