: The functional properties of various geosynthetic materials are defined as they relate to; reinforcement, separation, filtration, and drainage applications. Design procedures are developed for the use of geosynthetics in transportation, environmental and geotechnical applications. Prerequisite: CVEG 31302 and CVEG 31301 or equivalent.
