CSDI 41303 — Introduction to Aural Rehabilitation
Study of evidence-based approaches to auditory (re)habilitation and communication access for individuals who are D/deaf or hard of hearing. Emphasis is placed on hearing technologies; auditory training, including auditory skills hierarchy; communication methods and options; informational counseling for individuals and families; and interprofessional collaboration. Pre- or Corequisite: CSDI 31003 or CSDI 32303 . (Typically offered: Spring)
