A study of inorganic chemistry with emphasis on chemical bonding theories (both covalent and ionic molecules), periodic properties with isolation and synthesis associated with a few main group elements, acid/base concepts, introduction to transition metals, coordination complexes (name, structures, isomers, chelate effects). Required for BA and BS majors.
