Includes an international trip that provides students an opportunity to explore firsthand the international dimensions of business, identify and pursue strategic issues in businesses, and gain an awareness of how cultural, economic, political, and legal environments influence business practices. Before travel, students study and prepare reports on the country to be visited and upon return, prepare reports of their experiences, comparing pre- and post-visit perceptions. This course has a fee to cover travel costs and host institution charges. If the course is repeated, travel must be to a different country.
