CGS2100 — Microcomputer Applications for Business
3 credit hour(s) This course is designed for students who are familiar with personal computers, using a keyboard and using a mouse. It teaches students how to use computers (hardware and software) in business, including business applications, commercial packages and the Internet. This course provides an overview of microcomputer applications, including a brief introduction to computer concepts, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), the use of Web mail through the student’s TSC eAccount, Internet Explorer and integration of the applications.
