VIC 160 — History of Photography â
Historical development of photography, as an art form from 1820 to the present, including critical analysis of types of photographs and aesthetic movements in photography. Examine photographs for aesthetic and humanistic values, with emphasis on photographs, as expressions of the ideas and beliefs of photographers within their cultural and social contexts. (course fee required)
