UPHX 1006 — DIYD Comm & Textile Sewing

This is a Beginners level upholstery sewing class. Students will learn how to thread an industrial upholstery sewing machine, thread a bobbin, sew different seam widths, identify the different sewing feet, how to change the sewing foot out, measure fabric, cut foam, make piping, make buttons, use tacks, use a glue gun and how to use a staple gun.
