KINX 7024 — Advanced Tech of Comp Swim
This course is targeted to advanced swimmers, for example: triathlons (swimming portion) varsity high school swimmers, and club swimmers. The objective of this class is to emulate a competitive swim team setting for the students. Students practice and refine all strokes, transitions, platform starts/entries, flip turns, and swimming techniques. This course will help all participants to improve and advance their competitive swimming skills, as well as their aerobic capacity.
