(1-0-3) Instruction and participation in physical and recreational activities. Improves awareness skills and develops self-defense techniques against various attacks including: chokes, head locks, grabs, ground fighting and ground defense techniques, frontal and rear attacks, attacks from multiple opponents, weapons and weapon disarmament. (Course is coeducational.)
