GENX 1065 — Blue Arc: SMAW Wld & Ldrshp
An exploration of basic metalworking and community leadership. This course introduces the hobbyist to Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), focusing on safety, equipment setup, and creating simple DIY metal projects for personal use. In addition to the workshop component, participants engage in "Ambassador Discussions" regarding community resources, college access, and mentorship strategies. This course is designed for personal enrichment and is not intended for industrial certification.
