CSCX 7000 — IDD Intro to Computer Basics
The course provides information technology literacy and basic skills training for learners with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and limited experience. Course learning outcomes focus on skill development related to basic computer operations and information technology. Participants use information and communication technologies to find, evaluate, create, and communicate information, requiring both cognitive and technical skills. Basic computer skills, social media, and Microsoft Office 2016 software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher topics will be taught.
