CJLE 1074 — Standard Fld Sobriety Test Ins
The course will prepare law enforcement officers to effectively instruct in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration/International Association of Chiefs of Police (NHTSA/IACP) standardized field sobriety testing program. Instruction will address the application of basic adult learning theory and the skills related to technical teaching. Participants will learn effective teaching techniques from experienced instructor demonstration and their own in-class participation. 5.0 CEUs Required Pre-requisite: Must hold a basic instructor certificate from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).
