CFKX 1011 — 3D Printing and Design

An introduction to the exciting world of additive manufacturing and digital modeling. Students will explore the engineering design process by creating original 3D models using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The course covers the fundamentals of 3D printer operation, material selection, and troubleshooting. Through hands-on projects, learners will transform digital concepts into physical objects, gaining practical skills in technology and innovation. No prior experience is required; however, students should be comfortable using a computer mouse and keyboard.
