BUSG 1070 — Non-Profit Org Leadership
Exploration of the unique characteristics of non-profit organizations, their societal impact, and the leadership skills necessary to address critical social challenges as well as internal organizational challenges. Develop strategies for assembling diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and motivating individuals to achieve common goals. The course also covers operational leadership in topics, such as grant writing, fundraising, financial management, and strategic communications. 7.2 CEUs.
