AIRP 1071 — Basic Flight Operations

This course is designed for both Hobbyists and Commercial small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) operators. This course consists of a lecture, a flight operation demonstration, and a student hands-on demonstration specific to small Unmanned Aircraft Systems(sUAS). Instruction may include use of simulator instruction. Topics will cover flight and operations theories and techniques, platform categories, sensors and payloads, technical documents, and processes of automation. Students will observe and participate in-flight operations on UAS platform. 2.0 CEUs.
