PLST223 — Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

To provide an overview of the ways that disputes can be resolved without litigation or trial. Topics include negotiation, mediation and arbitration, as well as other conflict resolution options. Students will become familiar with the ADR laws in Washington State.
