CT284 — Computed Tomography Lab & Clinical Introduction

This course will be held in a lab environment. Students will learn the Phillips CT machine operating console, gantry, scanner, and data acquisition system. Students will be taught positioning skills and non-contrast scans of the Head, Chest, and Abdomen. There will be an additional component of learning how to start IVs utilizing prosthetic arms.
