Participation is in various activities designed to promote physical fitness. Advanced participation in circuit training, weight training, conditioning, and interval physical training. This course is designed for the student to acquire the knowledge necessary to develop and implement a personal fitness routine and techniques for development in muscle building, physical fitness, and wellness.
