DTT 225 — Introduction to Diesel 3 2 2

This course is devoted to introducing the student to diesel injection principles and fuel characteristics. The instruction will include nozzle operation, injection timing of a wide variety of injection pumps to engines, and instruction of fuel injection sy stems’ principles- atomization, metering, timing, distribution, and governing.
