Course Topics: Medical ethics, law, infection control, communication and patient care as it relates to sonography Ergonomic techniques Sonography of the abdomen and small parts Anatomy, relational anatomy, laboratory values and pathology of the abdomen and small parts Sonographic invasive procedures Biological effects of sonography Textbooks: Textbook information can be found on the Chaser’s Bark Shop website Required Materials: Windows based computer with Internet access Grading System: An overall grade of C or higher is required for transferability.
