INET2043 — Statistical Quality Control
3 Credit Hour(s) This course covers the statistical concepts of frequency distributions, Xbar-R charts, attribute charts, lot-by-lot acceptance sampling plans, and the normal curve. Other topics include product reliability, process capability, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance. Computer applications and spreadsheets are used. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
