HMGT2280 — Convention and Meeting Planning
3 Credit Hour(s) This course instructs students in the skills necessary to plan for a one-hour to a one-week or more deluxe conference and/or convention. Course content includes resources, marketing techniques, sales leads, logistics, and follow-up. This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree.
