EMSP2802 — Fundamentals of Paramedic II
8 Credit Hour(s) This course is the second of a series of two lecture courses, and includes the following topics: respiratory, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, urology, and nephrology, hematology, gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, geriatric, and psychological emergencies, and how to properly deal with trauma and shock in emergency situations. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
