CIVT2100 — Construction Cost Estimating
3 Credit Hour(s) The course includes interpretation of building plans, preparation of quantity surveys dealing with individual sections of work, computation of labor costs, pricing of material costs, overhead and profit. This class also provides an introduction to industry standard construction estimating software. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
