BUSN1315 — Leadership
3 Credit Hour(s) In this course, different frameworks of leadership are examined. Students will identify common elements among different frameworks such as vision statements, team building, goal-setting, decision-making, and empowering others. Students will also identify processes for ethical reasoning and establish the foundation of a personal leadership philosophy.
