<strong>THIS IS A NONCREDIT COURSE</strong> This class will introduce students to the basic knowledge and understanding of physical conditioning programs, such as Xtreme Hip Hop. The instructor develops a fitness program using an aerobic step platform. An aerobic workout is performed to hip-hop and R&B music for 1 hour.
