Designed for students not majoring or minoring in mathematics, this course will present an introduction to mathematical topics with applications to business, economics, Social Sciences and Life Sciences. Functions and graphs, sets, matrix theory, systems of linear equations and inequalities, linear programming, counting techniques, probability, and mathematics of finance will be covered. A graphing calculator is required, TI-83 or 84 preferred. IAI: M1906
