<strong>THIS IS A NONCREDIT COURSE</strong> Country line dance has evolved into adult fitness through dance rhythms with an aerobic feel. Participants will learn popular, up-tempo dances in line formation that provide non-stop exercise. The will receive fitness benefits by incorporating various dance moves including country, hip-hop, afro-jazz, and Latin styles. A variation of various dances are taught, f1 or 2 new dances are learned depending of the difficulty and length of the dance. By the end of this class students will have a vast repertoire to choose from the thousands of line dances, which range from super simple to extraordinarily complex?all of which feature innovative choreography. The dance might be slow or fast. The dancers vary in ages from youth to seniors and everything in between. Its fun, great exercise and it will free the dancer in you! No dance experience needed. No partners needed ? perfect for singles!
