The Visual Basic programming language is very easy to learn, and the Visual Basic 2005 development environment enables you to rapidly build Windows applications. In six short weeks, you'll learn how to write Windows applications using the Visual Basic programming language and the Visual Basic 2005 development environment. You'll also learn principles of object-oriented and event-driven programming that you can use, not only with Visual Basic, but also with other programming languages you may want to learn.
