RNSG 1210 - Introduction to Community-Based Nursing RNSG 1210 - Introduction to Community-Based Nursing Overview of the delivery of nursing care in a variety of community-based settings to promote health; an application of clinical reasoning processes and clinical judgment, focusing on the examination of concepts and theories relevant to community-based nursing; and development of judgment, skill, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. If not taking this course in the ADN transition program the course does not count towards an AAS in Nursing and does not satisfy any pre-nursing requirements. If taken as a requirement in the ADN advanced placement transition program, it then counts towards the AAS in Nursing. Semester Hours: 2
